Wellness Institute for Sleep and Health, or WISH, is an indepdendent, physician-owned, healthcare institute bringing board-certified medical expertise to patients throughout Washington, Oregon, and Montana — through telemedicine and clinical affiliate locations. Founded on the conviction that specialty care shouldn’t require a long drive, a long wait, or a large health system.
Our physician lead is dual board-certified in sleep medicine and internal medicine. Every patient receives care designed by a fellowship-trained specialist — not just a questionnaire, and not just following a protocol. Real medicine, by a physician whose career has been dedicated to it.

Sleep Medicine
Comprehensive, board-certified sleep medicine via telemedicine — currently our primary service. We diagnose and treat the full spectrum of sleep disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy, circadian rhythm disorders, and parasomnias.
Home sleep testing is coordinated directly to your door. CPAP therapy is managed remotely. CBT-I for insomnia is delivered via telemedicine with outcomes comparable to in-person therapy. Serving Washington, Oregon, and Montana.

Medically Supervised Weight Loss (Coming Soon)
Physician-managed weight loss using evidence-based pharmacotherapy, including GLP-1 receptor agonists (semaglutide, tirzepatide). Tirzepatide is FDA-approved for both obesity and obstructive sleep apnea — making physician-supervised weight loss a natural extension of our sleep medicine practice.
Our weight loss program will offer telemedicine-based evaluation, personalized treatment plans, prescription management, and ongoing monitoring — all delivered via our existing multi-state telemedicine infrastructure.

IV Hydration Therapy (Coming Soon)
Physician-supervised intravenous hydration and micronutrient therapy — previously offered by WISH and relaunching soon. Our IV hydration program is overseen by a board-certified physician and designed for patients seeking recovery, rehydration, performance support, and wellness optimization.
Unlike typical IV shops, WISH IV therapy is a bespoke medspa experience that is medically supervised and protocol-driven, with physician oversight of every infusion. Relaunching as part of our expanding wellness services platform.

Clinical Affiliate: Sleep and Health Medicine
Sleep and Health Medicine (SHM) is WISH’s clinical affiliate practice, located at 1900 116th Ave NE, Suite 200, Bellevue, WA 98004. SHM provides in-person sleep medicine consultations and CPAP equipment and supplies for patients in the greater Seattle and Bellevue metro area.
WISH telemedicine patients who require in-person evaluation or CPAP equipment can be coordinated through SHM. The same board-certified physician leads the practices across both entities.

WISH holds active telemedicine licenses across three states, making board-certified specialty care accessible to patients who have historically had to drive hours to see a specialist — or gone without care entirely.
