Get to Know

Ankur N. Patel, M.D., M.S.

"You can't fix your sleep while you're asleep"

Dr. Patel is deeply passionate about sleep.

He is always grateful to have received his specialty training under the auspices of some of the current experts, leaders, and advocates in the field. Their passion was so motivating and infectious that he was convinced his calling was in Sleep Medicine.

As a fellow, he developed a fascination with the circadian rhythm among many other topics in sleep. This opened the door for his curiosity in unlocking and understanding the primal secrets of the human body.

He has a respect for all forms of healing and is always curious to explore the roots and successes of wellness throughout history. His main focus of care centers around optimizing sleep by whichever means are required, and he hopes to do so for every person aged zero to 150!

When he is not doing “sleep stuff”, he enjoys trying out new activities, learning new skills, and most importantly, sharing any and all of that with his wonderful family.
